Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Overview

The Race Day Legend Everest Day 2026 Tipping Competition (“Competition”) is a free-entry, skill-based competition conducted by Raceday Legend Pty Ltd (ABN 76 670 693 526) (“Race Day Legend”).

The Competition provides eligible Race Day Legend members with the opportunity to test their horse racing knowledge and tipping ability by selecting horses in all Royal Randwick races conducted on Everest Day, Saturday, 17 October 2026.

Participants will compete to achieve the highest simulated net winnings based on their tipping performance using a standardised simulated $10.00 win tip on each race.

This Competition is a game of skill and is not a game of chance. The winner will be determined by the participant who achieves the highest Competition score based on their knowledge, analysis and accuracy of their race selections.

3. Eligibility

To enter the Competition, participants must:

• Be a registered member of racedaylegend.com.
• Be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Successfully opt in to the Competition before the official start of the first Royal Randwick race on Saturday, 17 October 2026.
• Submit valid tips for every eligible Royal Randwick race conducted on Saturday, 17 October 2026.

Race Day Legend reserves the right to verify participant eligibility.

4. Entry

Entry into the Competition is free.

No purchase, payment or subscription is required to enter.

Participants must complete the Competition opt-in process before the official start time of the first Royal Randwick race on Saturday, 17 October 2026.

Participants who do not opt in before this deadline will not be eligible for the Competition.

5. Competition Period

The Competition applies to all Royal Randwick races conducted on Everest Day, Saturday, 17 October 2026.

Participants must submit a tip for each Royal Randwick race no later than two (2) minutes before the scheduled start time of each individual race.

Tips submitted after the race closing time will not be included in Competition calculations.

6. Scoring and Winner Determination

Participants will be ranked according to their total simulated net winnings accumulated from their tips across all eligible Royal Randwick races on Everest Day, Saturday, 17 October 2026.

Each participant’s selections will be calculated using a simulated $10.00 win tip on each race.

The Competition score for each successful tip will be calculated as follows:

(Simulated $10.00 win tip × the win odds displayed on the Race Day Legend website at the official start time of the relevant race) − the $10.00 simulated stake.

The resulting amount represents the participant’s simulated net winnings for that race.

Example:

• $10.00 simulated tip
• Winning odds of $6.00
• Return = $60.00
• Less $10.00 simulated stake
• Competition score = $50.00

The participant with the highest total simulated net winnings at the completion of the final race of the day will be declared the Competition winner.

For clarity:

• No actual money is wagered.
• The $10.00 tip amount is used solely for Competition scoring.
• The Competition does not involve betting or wagering.
• Race Day Legend website odds displayed at the official start time of each race are the sole odds source used for Competition calculations.
• Losing selections result in a negative $10.00 Competition score.
• Only tips submitted before race closing are eligible.

Race Day Legend reserves the right to correct obvious calculation, odds, results or technical errors.

7. Scratchings

If a participant’s selected horse is scratched before the start of the relevant race, the participant may update their selection until two (2) minutes before the scheduled start time of that race.

If a replacement selection is not made before race closing, the scratched selection will be treated as void and will receive a Competition score of $0.00 for that race.

A void selection caused by a scratching will be treated as a valid submitted tip and will not make the participant ineligible under the completion requirement in Section 9.

8. Abandoned Races

If a Royal Randwick race is abandoned, cancelled or declared a no-race, no Competition score will be awarded for that race.

The Competition will continue using all remaining eligible Royal Randwick races conducted on the day.

9. Completion Requirement

To be eligible to win the Competition, participants must submit a valid tip for every eligible Royal Randwick race included in the Competition.

Failure to submit a tip for any eligible race will make the participant ineligible to win.

For clarity, a submitted selection subsequently treated as void because the selected horse was scratched will remain a valid submitted tip for the purposes of this completion requirement.

10. Tie Breaker

If two or more participants finish with the same highest Competition score, the $100.00 Visa Gift Voucher prize value will be divided equally between those participants.

Each tied winner will receive an equal share of the total prize value.

11. Prize

The Competition prize is:

One (1) $100.00 Visa Gift Voucher.

The prize:

• Is not transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Will be delivered electronically by email.

The winner will be contacted via their registered email address within 48 hours of completion of the Competition following verification of the final results.

If the Competition is tied, the total voucher value will be divided equally between the eligible winners.

12. Leaderboard

Race Day Legend may display participant usernames, rankings and Competition scores on a live leaderboard throughout the Competition.

The leaderboard is provided for engagement purposes only.

Final Competition results will be confirmed by Race Day Legend following verification of all tips, results, odds and calculations.

Race Day Legend reserves the right to amend leaderboard positions where required due to corrections, data updates or technical issues.

13. Skill-Based Competition

Participants acknowledge that this Competition is based on skill, knowledge, analysis and judgement relating to horse racing selections.

The outcome of the Competition is determined by participant performance and is not determined by chance.

14. Race Day Legend Rights

Race Day Legend reserves the right to:

• Verify participant eligibility.
• Remove participants who breach these Terms and Conditions.
• Correct scoring, calculation or data errors.
• Modify, suspend or cancel the Competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent it from operating as intended.

15. Privacy

By entering the Competition, participants consent to Race Day Legend collecting and using their personal information for:

• Administering the Competition;
• Verifying eligibility;
• Contacting winners; and
• Managing Competition-related communications.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By opting in to the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

17. Independence Disclaimer

This Competition is independently conducted by Raceday Legend Pty Ltd and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by TAB, the Australian Turf Club, Racing NSW or Visa.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
